Slieve League is the highest sea cliff in Europe, and is located in County Donegal, Ireland. It features a series of steep sea cliffs that rise to a height of nearly 2000 feet (609 meters). Known locally as ‘Proud Promontory’, it is one of Ireland’s most scenic coastal areas, and its dramatic cliffs have been captured in this  oil painting.
