Many years were spent studying figures and their movement.This was particularly in the Arts Students League of NY. Months spent in Andalucia included attendance and study of many Flamenco Dance and music performances. The energy, movement and color of the Flamenco dancers left a lasting impression. These paintings are from a series painted to represent these magnificent performers.
